By accessing or using the services provided by RootAxis Technologies ("RootAxis"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, students, and others who access or use our platform and training programmes.

Enrolment in our programmes or managed internships is subject to selection criteria and payment of applicable fees. Key points include:

• RootAxis reserves the right to modify course fees at any time; changes will not affect already enrolled students
• All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment schedule before programme commencement
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Course access is granted only upon successful payment confirmation

RootAxis Technologies delivers training through a combination of:

• In-person classroom sessions at our Coimbatore centre
• Live online interactive sessions via video conferencing
• Hands-on project work and real-time coding exercises
• Recorded materials and reference resources provided for enrolled students

We reserve the right to modify programme schedules, content, and delivery methods to improve the learning experience.

All curriculum materials, code examples, design assets, presentations, and recordings provided during the training are the intellectual property of RootAxis Technologies. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any training material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

We maintain a high standard of professional engineering culture. Students are expected to:

• Maintain academic integrity in all submissions and assessments
• Treat fellow students, mentors, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Not engage in any disruptive behaviour during sessions

Plagiarism in project submissions or violation of conduct policies may result in immediate termination of enrolment and certification without refund.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of programme requirements, including attendance, assignments, and project submissions. RootAxis certificates are industry-recognised and verify the skills acquired during the training programme. Certificates will not be issued to students who do not meet the minimum completion criteria.

RootAxis provides extensive placement support including interview preparation, resume building, and access to our partner company network. We provide training and placement assistance to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or job placements. Success depends on the student's performance, skill development, and market conditions.

RootAxis Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the student for the specific programme in question. We provide training and services on an "as-is" basis and make no warranties regarding specific outcomes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

RootAxis Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
